Reservation:

our peak season from May through September
Deposits:
A ($150.00 Summer / $95.00 Winter) non-refundable
deposit is requested for more than one night stay and for all weekly rentals.
The deposit is applied to the rent upon arrival.
Cancellations:
One
weeks notice is required for all cancellations.

Information and Policies:
All
house’s offer private entrances with patio, picnic table and gas barbecue.
All house’s come equipped with cable TV, VCR, full kitchen with all
utensils, coffer makers, microwave, toasters, 3/4 baths, fireplace, washer,
dryer and sleeps up to five comfortable except
The Penthouse which can handle up to six.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Smoking allowed only outside.
Parking for two standard cars per house.
All house’s rentals are subject to Washington State sales tax for
stay’s under 30 days.
Check-in is 3:00 PM, with check-out at 11:00 A.M..
Holiday stays require pre-payment.
We thank you for your patronage and we take pride in
all of our house’s and ask that you treat them as your own, for this we ask
you to leave the house as you found it. Any
damages to the house will be charge accordingly.
